Order A Test
Ready to get started on a timely, accurate, & stress-free cannabis test? Follow these steps to complete your testing:
1. Download the client services agreement, fill it out, and bring this with you for your submission of the first sample. Look for the print icon in the upper right hand corner of the online document, then click and print.
2. Our Chain of Custody form is legally required for every sample. Please download the form, fill it out for each sample, and bring this with you to our lab. Look for the print icon in the upper right hand corner of the online document, then click and print.
3. Bring samples, documentation, and agent card to our laboratory.
Here is the full list of what you need to bring:
- Complete Chain of Custody form.
- Samples – there must be an entry for each sample on the Chain of Custody form.
- Trip Manifest, including: Correct date/time of drop off and the name of the person transporting samples.
- Dispensary Agent card

4. Testing will be completed within 72-hours. Whether you need to test your cannabis products for potency, heavy metals, pesticides, salmonella, or E Coli, we provide testing results you can trust.
